The Braskem Trainee Program during 1 to 2 years aims to attract and develop youths with big potential of evolution and searching the constant learning, preparing them to act in different areas in the company.

The training offers an educational complementation through a structured development plan which involves:

} Opportunity of applying the theoric knowledge from the academic environment in practical activities in the company that values the learning by the work;

} Development of technical and behavioral competences through trainings, interaction with the work team and constant orientation of the training leader;

} Development of projects in the acting area and elaboration of a presentation in the end of the training;

} Structured help by the training leader as well as by the Human Resources team, through evaluations and periodic meetings.
