The Business People Development Program (PDE) of Braskem aims at developing a new generation of leaders in the organization.
Our leaders are an important part of the team responsible for the competitive differential of Braskem, conducting the company to figure among the best petrochemicals in the world.

PDE is a program that combines updated concepts and information on entrepreneurial management, strategy and petrochemical business. It offers the participants the opportunity to enhance the contact with high level leadership in the organization and to share their personal and professional experiences, reinforcing the values of entrepreneurial culture.

The program has already been consolidated as a differentiated strategy of our leaderships development and it is in its first edition.
