Individual Development Program


Focused on the development of leadership of Braskem, the Individual Development Program (PDI) considers the individual aspirations and the challenges of the company. With total support of the company and of the consulting service of Professor Dr Marisa Éboli, from University of São Paulo (USP), the participants create an individual development plan and define their development actions in short, medium and long terms.

Besides structuring the learning opportunities that promote the improvement of the competencies required for leaders in strategic positions at Braskem, the PDI also aims at making the participants discuss the competencies that are part of the competitive advantage of Braskem, which will be the base for a professional performance of excellence.
