MBA Braskem

The MBA Braskem is one of the most important leadership development programs. It is carried out in partnership with Getulio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo - FGV/SP - and it has already prepared 34 professionals. The second class, with 35 participants, is in progress. The course has 600 hours, distributed in 18 months and 80 hours are related to the international module that happens in a two weeks immersion in a university abroad.

Among the main goals of the MBA Braskem, we can include investments in the development of business people with a strategic vision focused on Braskem"s businesses. The program also considers the importance of the participants" development through modern techniques and entrepreneurial management tools.
