Program of Management Development


Also created in partnership with FGV-SP, it has the following main objectives:

• Consolidate Braskem Culture formation,
   focused on value creation.

• Guarantee the alignment of leaders with
   the strategic objectives, values, principles
   and policies of Braskem.

• Reinforce the role of leaderships for the
   construction of the Brazilian
   World-Class Petrochemical.


More than 630 employees have already participated on this program that is being reformulated in order to bring updated information, regarding the needs of the leadership development programs of Braskem.
