Competencies Development Program - Process Engineering


The Competencies Development Program - Process Engineering has Braskem’s process engineers as its public. Developed in partnership with Unicamp, this program is divided into 6 modules that bring what is most modern in the strategic management of industrial processes. The PDC in Process Engineering last approximately one year and has already started.

The "Competencies Development Program" series will extend to other areas at Braskem, always aimed at the strategic updating and empowerment of teams. New courses are being developed, also in partnership with renowned institutions at a national level.
