The Braskem Trainee Program aims at integrating and developing young professionals just beginning their careers. The 1-year program offers:
} Practical integration in the most varied areas at Braskem by experiencing an organizational culture;
} Broad and integrated vision of the company's businesses, markets and products; } Development of attitudes in line with Braskem's profile; } Close accompaniment of the leader and Human Resources team through evaluations and periodic meetings; } Development of a practical project that has an impact on the organization.
The trainee is directly allocated to his/her work area and participates in an individual development process elaborated from the specific needs of each job opening. Throughout the entire program, the trainee will receive individual accompaniment by means of a structured methodology that includes continuous evaluations and feedbacks.
Every trainee will develop a challenging and strategic project through which they will have the opportunity to "learn by dong" as they put acquired knowledge into practice and fully experience their capacity for entrepreneurship.
