The Braskem Trainee Program provides young professionals the chance to experience the "learn by doing" concept. Ideal integration between theory and practice occurs during the Challenge Project in which every trainee develops a challenging and strategic project.
Through the Challenge Project, young professionals apply the knowledge acquired throughout their development and training at Braskem, exercise their capacity for entrepreneurship and demonstrate the delivery of results.
The trainees are advised by their Leader and will develop a project to increase performance, results or innovation for the company. The project theme is chosen in partnership between the Leader and trainee and it is the result of observation, curiosity, acquired technical knowledge and the actual application of what the trainee learns throughout the program.
From March to December, the trainees must fulfill all the steps to carry out the Challenge Project. The work will be formally presented at the end of the Program.
