With only five years operating in the market, Braskem has been in evidence for the third time in a row among the best companies to work at in Brazil, a study promoted by Guia Você S/A Exame 2007.
The guide revealed the differentiated work regarding one of Braskem’s most relevant attributes: people management. The article points out the emphasis the company places on planned delegation, each leader’s responsibility for the development of his/her team and shows how the model of strong decentralization and autonomy contributes to Braskem’s example of success among companies that deal with their business complexity.
Another factor highlighted in the article was the constant investment Braskem makes in people training and result sharing. In terms of figures, the survey conducted with employees revealed that approximately 85% of them identify with the company and most of them praises the growth opportunities and ethical appreciation they have in the company.
