Maceió, July 26, 2019 - The mitigation actions suggested and performed by Braskem in the district of Pinheiro, as provided for in the Technical Cooperation Agreement signed with  public bodies, were the theme of an interview given on Friday (26) afternoon, by the Institutional Relations manager of Braskem in Alagoas, Milton Pradines, to Ponta Verde TV (SBT).

The interview focused on the donation of equipment and installation of the Monitoring Center of the Civil Defense of Maceió, but Pradines also addressed other actions of the agreement that are being performed since the beginning of last April in the district of Pinheiro, as for example the inspection of the drainage system, monitoring of the soil using DGPS or high-precision GPS and installation of a meteorological station. 

"Until the conclusion of the studies required to understand the causes of the problems in the district of Pinheiro and  region, Braskem is performing a series of actions to minimize the effects and ensure more safety and tranquility to the people", Milton pointed out.
