Our program was created in 2017 with the goal of mobilizing Braskem team members to engage in volunteer initiatives within our communities around the world. We do this by creating opportunities for participants to work together, contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of people in vulnerable situations.

Everyone wins with the volunteer program!
Residents in the communities in the surroundings of our operations benefit from the services and support provided by the program participants. Volunteers can engage in collective issues, work together, develop skills and improve the lives of vulnerable people. And Braskem reinforces its values by promoting interaction between its team members, social organizations, and communities, and encourages the humanization of relations.

Throughout the Volunteer Challenge, volunteers have the opportunity to carry out activities individually or as part of a team, in partnership with a social organization, generating benefits for both the institution and the people it serves.
