Program
The Operation Training Program at Braskem prepares people who wish to build a career in Industrial Operation. At the end of the program, you will be ready to perform at one of our units.
Goal
The Program was designed in two stages to offer solid theoretical knowledge aligned with practical learning. The premise here is to learn in order to then do it in practice, taking on increasing challenges at each new stage.

Program information
The program has a 6-month duration.
Participants of a technical course in Petrochemicals or with a post-technical qualification in a course on Petrochemical Processes plus a technical course such as Technician in Chemistry, Technician in Mechanics, and others. Training needs to be conducted at educational institutions licensed by Braskem.
The selection process takes place throughout the year in Alagoas, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo. Follow the website for guidance on the process and the dates of the next groups.
