What we seek
Scale is dedicated to startups in the traction and scale stages, i.e. already operational with clients and revenue.
We seek innovative solutions:
- that contain chemicals and/or plastic or are aimed at the challenges of the petrochemical industry;
- and that has positive impacts on society in a wide array of areas, such as agribusiness, recycling, health, mobility, food, water and sanitation and energy.
Individuals or organizations (companies and associations) based anywhere in Brazil can participate.
Selection prerequisites include availability to attend meetings and dedication to the program, as well as the relevance of the social and environmental impact generated.
The differentials considered in the selection include business growth potential in terms of innovation and scalability of the solution and market size, the entrepreneurial profile and the potential value that the program will bring to the business and to the entrepreneur."

The diagnosis focuses on identifying the priority challenges of each business and serves as guidance for selecting which challenges will be worked on in the one-on-one meetings with each startup.
Group meetings, which also are adapted based on the diagnosis, can cover topics such as: impact thesis, leadership and role of the entrepreneur, talent management and corporate culture, sales, funding, pitch, inspirational talks, speed dating and mentorship round.
