Braskem announces the launch of Premium 100 Gasoline, expanding its portfolio of high-performance fuels designed for vehicles equipped with high-performance and turbocharged engines-commonly found in sports and imported models. The launch enables these engines to operate within their technical specifications, ensuring optimal utilization of their designed power output.

The new product features a guaranteed minimum value of 100 RON (Research Octane Number), contributing to smoother engine operation and enhanced overall efficiency. The RON index measures a fuel's resistance to premature detonation within the engine and is directly linked to efficiency and performance in more demanding applications. In this context, the higher the number, the better the fuel's performance.

With this launch, the company reinforces the versatility of its chemicals portfolio and its ability to develop solutions aligned with the technical demands of the automotive sector-especially in segments that require higher-quality fuels and consistent performance stability.

Braskem currently offers two gasoline products in its portfolio: regular gasoline A and premium gasoline with a RON rating of 97. With the launch of Premium 100 Gasoline, the company now provides its highest-octane option, tailored for applications that demand superior performance.

The fuel-already in use by clients in the fuel distribution sector-is produced at the ABC Petrochemical Complex in São Paulo, a strategic location due to its proximity to the country's primary consumer market for this type of fuel.

With this launch, Braskem expands its footprint in the specialty fuels segment and strengthens relationships with customers seeking higher-quality solutions to meet the expectations of an increasingly demanding market in terms of vehicle performance and efficiency.
