the anonymity and safety of the whistleblower (if they do not want to identify themselves), and thoroughly investigated.

REPORT VIOLATIONS OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT

When making your report, be as complete and detailed as possible. The more information we receive, the faster and more accurately
we can investigate. Whenever possible, please provide the following information:

Describe the violation
Give the alleged cause, motive or incentive for that violation.
State how the alleged violation occurred, is occurring, or, in the event of a threat of violation, will occur.
Name the people and/or companies involved and witnesses.
State where the alleged violation occurred, is occurring, or, in the event of a threat of violation, will occur.
Is there evidence? If so, where we can find it?
