Maceió, August 19, 2019 - Braskem reaffirms that the rock salt extraction activities and the production at the chlorine-soda plant are still suspended. Regarding the information published in some social networks, it is important to clarify that the unit in the district of Mutange keeps the water collection system used in the plant of Pontal operational in a reduced manner, in order to keep the adequate safety condition in the processes and preserve the assets.
