Maceió, July 25, 2019 - On Tuesday (7/23), Braskem learned about  the decision of  the 2nd Civil District Court of Maceió/AL, granting the release of R$ 15 million of the amount blocked in the accounts of the company. The legal department of the company is evaluating the decision and the applicable measures.

The company continues implementing emergency actions in the district of Pinheiro and region, with priority to the safety of the people. Braskem also continues to perform sonar studies that are considered by the experts as critical to understand the causes of the problems in the districts.

Braskem reiterates its commitment towards the Alagoas society and the contribution to identify and implement definitive solutions for the community.
