Trainees Program

Objective

Develop, promote and strengthen the competencies, attitudes, skills, and behaviors of the recently graduated youth, having as a guiding framework the Odebrecht Entrepreneurial Technology.

Profile

Major Completed (up to 2 years after graduating)
Intermediate-Advanced English
Experience: 6 months minimum in the Organization and/or 6 months minimum of practices, intern and/or social service.

General

Duration: 12 months
Place: México D.F. and Nanchital

In the Program:

  • Assignment in a specific area
  • A visit to the different areas
  • Technical Training and Competency Development
  • Development of a Challenge Project
  • The program has an Individual Development Plan and indicators.

Interns Program

Objective

Contribute to the formation of students at the beginning of their work experience assigned to a project that contributes to the Company.

Profile

Students attending from the 6th semester until the last semester of his/her
Bachelor's and/or Engineering Degree
Intermediate-Advanced English
Average above 8.5

General

Duration: 12 months
Place: México D.F

Professional Internship Program

Objective

Contribute to the training of students by strengthening their academic knowledge and skills through the work experience in the Company.

Profile

Students of the 7th, 8th or 9th semester at undergraduate level
Average above 8.5
Have an optional insurance
