Braskem is among Brazil's "most beloved" companies, according to a list compiled by the Love Mondays platform, in which members spontaneously evaluate the organizations where they work. The petrochemical company ranked 9th in the fourth edition of the survey , which had the results released today.
The employee evaluations consider differentiators such as the ability to offer quality of life to employees, remuneration, benefits, career opportunities, and organizational culture. To compile the most beloved work environments, the mean satisfaction rating attributed by Love Mondays users is considered. Grades range from 1 to 5, 1 being "very dissatisfied" and 5, "very satisfied." Braskem reached the grade 4.34, and 112 of its members recommended the company to a friend.
In the first three editions, Braskem was acknowledged in the 49th, 31st and 5th places, respectively. "We are convinced that the results achieved by the company are a result of the work and commitment of our members in our projects." We understand that we must build together and that the company's success is linked to the satisfaction and commitment of our members. Being included in the Love Mondays rankings for the fourth time shows that we are on the right track," said Mariana Paiva, responsible for Attracting Talents in the company.
Established in 2016, the rankings consist of two lists: "The 50 Most Beloved Companies" and "The 30 Most Beloved SMEs." To integrate the list, companies are required to have more than 501 employees and feature at least 50 evaluations, which were carried in this edition out between January 1 and November 30, 2018. In the fourth year of the rankings, approximately 153,000 evaluations were considered. More details can be found at Love Mondays' website .
