Braskem was ranked second place among 20 global leading plastic producers, reinforcing its continuous commitment to sustainability and circularity.

The Circular Economy Company Ranking by BloombergNEF assessed goals regarding the circular economy of 40 companies - 20 brand owners and 20 plastic producers. Braskem's ranking position reflects its effort to increasing the use of recycled and bio-based materials in different industries and applications. Among the evaluation criteria, some factors contributing to this recognition are the strategic partnerships formed across the value chain, transparency in sustainable activities and metrics, and additional ambitious targets.
